Iride SA is a Romanian-Italian company that develops an industrial park in the Pipera area, using also EBRD financing for that purpose. The specified working standards and norms had to be observed by the book as the EBRD financing required a very strict supervision of the assumed quality and timing.

Works:

Scraping and cleaning the entire structure, internal mezzanine on light metallic structure, electrical, plumbing and ventilation installations, internal gypsum and brick walls (including fire proof structure), windows made of PVC frame and double glazed glass, tiles on the floors and walls, drop ceilings, internal and external painting, internal and external lighting, external sidewalks and polycarbonate canopy.
