Requests:

The client developed a six-storied building (with one underground) in the Floreasca area, with the intention of selling it for residential use. Two luxurious apartments were placed on each floor with the exception of the last two floors that had only one apartment each. Our company took over the works from the structure level.

Works:

External brick work, installations (plumbing, electrical, heating), internal partitions, gypsum cladding, internal doors, tiles and stone on walls, tiles and parquet on floors (all superior or deluxe quality), installing sanitary objects, internal and external painting, thermal insulation for facades, external rendering, waterproof insulation and concrete for terraces.
